30 years experience in the wine industry, mostly with Robert Mondavi Winery. While there, he served in several positions from wine making to bottling manager, always with a focus on following in the path of Robert Mondavi himself. Mike was instrumental in a number of packaging changes throughout his tenure at RM from implementing the flange top bottle to numerous label improvements and in their support of The Earth Shipper.
Associates Degree in Business from Contra Costa College. Mike is a member of Senior Wine Educators Society and heavily involved in the First Christian Church of Napa.

17 years experience in industrial packaging, labeling and distribution.  Served as Director of Purchasing and Distributor Sales Representative before founding Delta Packaging, Inc.  Associates Degree in Accounting from Wichita State University, Wichita Kansas.  United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant. Seven Tours of Duty. Recipient of Congressional Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star and Medal of Heroism Honors.
Native of Kansas. Currently residing in suburban Atlanta.
